"What is truth?" The words fell to the floor as Pontius Pilate abruptly exited the room in which he had interrogated Jesus. Whether cowardice or cynicism made him run from the answer, the reader cannot know. But as a reader, I can relate to Pilate's response. He chose not to hear.
