Abstract
Don and Carol Richardson are well known for bringing the Gospel to the cannibalistic Sawi tribe of Irian Jaya.(1) And they are not the only missionaries who risked their lives to reach man-eating peoples. Through the efforts of these courageous Christians, cannibalism has virtually disappeared from the face of the planet. In fact, Papua New Guinea, a region once rife with cannibalism, now has the highest percentage of evangelicals of any nation.
