What Christians believe about creation
Price, GM. 1942.  BDGRS 2(3):65-84. CELD ID 6150

Abstract
I have been asked to state specifically what intelligent Christians, in this scientifically trained age, believe about Creation. Necessarily I can give only my own views on these subjects; yet when a man has devoted forty of the best years of his life devoted forty of the best years of his life to a study of all the various aspects of this problem of the origin of things, perhaps even his personal opinions may be regarded with some respect. But I hope I may also be able to five what the majority of this Society believe, and what multiplies thousands in all parts of the civilized world believe. For contrary to the loud boasts of those who deny this doctrine, there are still many who are tremendously encouraged by the modern scientific discoveries to believe what the Bible has revealed to us, that this little speck of rotating matter called the earth, as well as the rest of the entire universe, must have been created by the will or decree of an intelligent and all-powerful Creator.
