Abstract
As the Supreme Court prepares to announce in June its judgement in the case of Jack C. Phillips (a Colorado baker who declined on relgious grounds to make a cake for a same-sex wedding) other judges are ruling in favor of religious liberty. Cathy Miller, a Christian bakery owner in California, sends same-sex couples to her competitor. Yet one couple believed her actions were discriminatory and sued. A California judge ruled in her favor on February 5.
