Abstract
Bees wait until honey dries to exactly the right humidity to seal it in. Then it will keep forever (well, almost). Pretty amazing that they know to do this, right? But their tech savvy goes way beyond that. On a humid day, the honey may never dry, so hundreds of bees gather at the entrace to the hive and fan it.
