Captivating kiwi birds
Bergman, J. 2008.  CS Dialogue 35(3):4-5. CELD ID 22792

Abstract
The kiwi is a unique small flightless terrestrial bird native only to New Zealand that has fascinated researchers for decades. Experts have found no evidence, fossil or otherwise, that can explain their Darwinian origins. The first kiwi was clearly a kiwi.
