Abstract
Identifying and explaining the changes that occurred as a result of the biblical curse is an active area of research for creation biologists. Two possibilities are that God designed organisms with latent information for adaptations to survive in the post-curse world or that some kind of degeneration has occurred to produce what we see. We will endeavour to report the research being done on this subject in the pages of our journal (see, for example our article on the origins of bird flue in this issue), but in the meantime readers may be interested in the discussion of 'biological imperfections' in Wood and Murray's Understanding the Pattern of Life (2003, pp. 154-168).
