Abstract
The last few months have seen the British media go into overdrive with their coverage of the creationism issue. This has been prompted by the continuing controversy about what should or should not be taught in state schools, as well as the widely-reported discovery of Tiktaalik, a fossil creature hailed as a 'missing link' between fish and land animals. Some of the stories that have been making the headlines are featured in our 'Creation in the News' section.
