Two decades of creation

Abstract
We set the theme for this convention some time ago. It was felt that Creation-Science was firmly established, soundly scientific, and growing in public and scientific recognition. The time had come, therefore, to "tell it like it is," which our theme does - for science is truly at the crossroads today. For over a century, science has been pursuing evolution single-mindedly. Today scientists are coming to the realization that something is wrong with their cherished "model." Science is still in mad flight from God, or even the possibility of God - the threat of creationism. So we witness the desperate attempts to rescue the evolutionary model somehow, macro/micro-evolution, punctuated equilibria, Goldschmidts's hopeful monster, and even "dynamic evolution" which postulates some sort of intelligent, directive power inherent in life itself. The alternatives demonstrate creativity, but reflect even less rational, objective analysis of the evidence than the neo-Darwinianism they attempt to replace. Clearly, science is at the crossroads. This is a crucial moment of opportunity that creation-science dare not squander.
