Abstract
At the April meeting of the American Chemical Society in Washington, the assembled scientists saw photographs of atoms in process of reconstruction taken by Professor William D. Harkins of the University of Chicago and heard Dr. R.A. Millikan describe the creation of common elements through the action of his newly discovered "cosmic rays".
