David Snoke has recently written a bold and stimulating article ("In Favor of God-of-the-Gaps Reasoning," Perspectives on Science and Christian Faith 53, no. 3 [Sept. 2001]: 152-8) in favor of GOG (God-of-the-Gaps) reasoning, or perhaps more accurately, criticizing the prevalent assumption that GOG reasoning has no merit.
